Chic Policies
At Chic Hair Salon, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to
cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our
clients, and we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and
efficiency for everyone.
A credit card on file is needed to reserve your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee equal to
50% of your scheduled service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or
rescheduling. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
In the rare event that Chic Hair Salon must cancel or adjust your appointment, we will inform
you promptly and assist you in finding an alternative time. For any questions or changes, please

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full value of your Service(s). This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and the lost opportunity to serve another client. The cancellation fee will be
equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a genuine
emergency or extenuating circumstance that prevents you from providing the required notice,
please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle such cases on an
individual basis with understanding and compassion.

We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance to ensure your preferred date, time,
and service provider(s) are available. You may book by calling the salon, or by using online
booking via our website.
Our scheduling is optimized to permit the correct time needed to complete your service(s).
Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you are
more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards as payment for our products and services. A 3.5%
surcharge is added to your credit card charge.
